Never quite noticed verses 10-14 like I did today. John had a specific message for every group that came to him looking for direction. And he pulled no punches. I wonder how many of those folks actually listened to him. And I wonder what his answer would have been if I had come to John and asked that same question: What should I do? I think the pursuit of that question is the big deal for someone who follows Christ. It's always about what He wants me to do next and my willingness to do it.
