- Looks like my prediction was spot on. Lots of snow but nothing on the roads that would really shut the world down the way we tend to do here in the south as soon as we spot a flake. Since it so rarely happens, it's good to be right!
- I had one of the best family days ever on Saturday. My entire family drove over to our house and we took the girls outside to enjoy the snow. Now two snowmen are taking up residence in my yard. Snow is so much better when you've got little kids around. But isn't almost everything?
- I am so proud of CCC. I think we were just about the only church open today. Someone said to me - "I think hell would have to freeze over before we'd call off church." I'd put it this way: If there ever comes a day when people stop going to hell, then I'd say church is off. Or maybe not. I think I'd still like to hang with you guys anyway.
- Next week we wrap up the Alternate Endings series. What an awesome, timely series this has been. Loved Ed's take on worry this morning. I'd say that one applied to every single person in the room. If you stayed home, download the podcast.
- While you're at the website, check out the drama series and vote for what you'd like to see for the conclusion. There was a little bit of a cliffhanger in today's episode.
- Vision Day is in 2 weeks. Make plans to be there and hear all the details about the launch of our 2nd campus in Madras. God is all over this thing and He's putting together a great team of people to launch it on Easter Sunday. The closer we get, the more exciting it becomes (and more stressful for Bill Coffman, our first ever campus pastor...no pressure, dude!).
