Let The Panic Begin
I'm sitting in my office at home watching big white flakes fall out of the sky. My daughter is so excited, she can hardly stand it. This is the first real snow she's seen in her life. Meanwhile, the rest of the world is raiding grocery stores for milk and bread (of which I have plenty so don't worry about me!) I've also got a huge pot of vegetable soup warming on the stove. It ought to be a really fun day at the Collins house. People are already asking about whether church is canceled tomorrow. Ed has a great answer on his blog and the official announcement, if it comes, will be posted there first. The last I saw on TV, the weather guys were backing off on their predictions just a little bit for our area. Right now, I'm thinking most of the nasty stuff is going to stay off the roads. But who knows? I could be just as wrong as the weather guys. So have fun building your snowmen and throwing snowballs and I'll see you in church tomorrow.
