Weekend Update (a little late)

• Frontline was awesome on Saturday. I always love being in the room with all of our leaders.
  
• I got to run a camera on Sunday!! I only screwed up twice. If you were in 2nd or 3rd service, maybe you saw them. I had a lot of fun being on the video team for one day. Maybe they'll ask me back sometime. You wouldn't believe the amount of effort and direction that goes into putting those images on the side screens. It's like a flurry of commands being screamed into your headset all at once and lots of yelling if you screw up. I loved it.
• 160 cards were turned in from people who are ready to "get off the fence." Should be an interesting Sunday with all of these new folks trying out serving teams. I'm so proud of CCC for your heart to give yourself away and serve. That's what following Jesus is all about.
• Just finished up some work with the management team to restructure our staff to support multiple campuses. I'm looking forward to all of the new challenges and what my role is going to be. This job never gets boring.
• We had the Coffman's over for dinner Sunday night because once they leave for the Madras campus we'll never see them again until we get to heaven and my friendship with Bill is virtually over. (That's a joke just for our wives. They get it.)
• Last night was the best Prison Break episode of the year! Too bad it'll be over next week. Thank you, writer's strike!!
