Easter 2008

There are so many reasons why I'm extra excited about Easter 2008. Let me just share a few of them with you:

• There's no other time when unconnected people are more receptive to the idea of coming to a church service.
• Our topic this year is HOPE. That's all we hear the presidential candidates talking about these days. But there's no greater hope than a dead man stepping out of a grave!! And that's what we'll be talking about on Easter!!!
• Just like every year, we have amazing music, drama and humor that none of your friends will ever expect to see and hear in church.
  
• We're officially becoming one church in two locations with the launch of our new campus at Madras Middle School.
• We have 5 services to choose from now!! 9, 10:30 & Noon @ Sharpsburg. 10:30 & Noon @ Madras.
  
• Mailboxes all over Coweta County have been blitzed over the past few weeks with postcards from CCC. Almost everyone you know has seen one and knows about the "church for the rest of us."
• About 6 out of 10 people in our county don't have a church they call home. And some of them are probably thinking about where they might show up if they decide to go to church on Easter.
  
• Studies tell us that 82% of people who are invited to church by someone they know will accept that invitation. Yes, you read that correctly. 82%.
  

So what are you sitting in front of your computer for??? Go invite somebody!!!!!!!!
