Hope and Optimism
I heard this on the radio this morning for the very first time. It's amazing that with all of the struggle he went through, Dr. King still held on to the hope and the optimism that a day like today would become a reality. I'm proud that my children will grow up without being able to conceive of a time in our country when the color of your skin would keep you from the highest position of power. Watch the clip below...
