Very cool to have read this just before CCC starts our series on Sunday called GodLoveSex. I don't know how much more straightforward a writer could be about the subject of adultery. It is one of the most destructive sins I can think of but those I've seen fall prey to it just can't see it at the time. I'm hoping and praying that if there's someone in our church who doesn't see it right now and they're standing right on the brink of adultery that God will open their eyes to see what this chapter reminds us of so clearly. I wish everyone could grasp the truth of verse 18 and rejoice in their relationship with their spouse. That's one way God has definitely blessed me personally. And reading this chapter just reminded me of it.
