One thing I love about this chapter (which was stinking long by the way!!) is when God gets ready to work, He just does it in spite of the people involved. None of the characters involved in this chapter were particularly special or did anything spectacular. God just showed up, told them what was going to happen and all they got to do was sit back and watch Him work. That's encouraging. And I think it's how I'd prefer Him to do things anyway. In the coming year, that's what I'm hoping for. That God would decide to work through me and that He just shows up in spite of the things I might do to screw it up!
