Acts 2

It's always been so interesting to me that these verses (42-47) are the first real description of what the church was like in the very beginning. This is the heart of what it means to live in the community of Jesus. Words just pop out of this passage like "together" "teaching" "sharing possessions, meals, money, etc." "generosity" "joy" "fellowship." Not to get too political here but isn't this what a "conservative" radio host recently said you should run away from if your church was doing? This is just me, but if I was in a church that wasn't involved in these things, I'd run from THAT church because they would have obviously stopped reading their Bibles!
