This chapter is a great example of just how quickly the preaching about Jesus turned the world upside down during that time and in that region. Every religious system had to contend with the way that Jesus' resurrection changed everything. They began simply calling it "the Way." Undoubtedly, there were many religions and faiths claiming to be the way just as they are today. But the way of Jesus became such a dominant force in that time. It just illustrates the power of the gospel when a community takes it seriously and begins to put it into practice.
