As you read through Psalms it seems like David is just constantly begging God for stuff or railing against Him out of anger or desperation. But I think there's a lesson in it all. David goes to God as his primary source of deliverance, comfort and safety. And he just keeps going back over and over again. He obviously puts very little trust in himself or anything else to sustain his life. Most of us would see that as a weak, shaky place to be. But it's actually the opposite.
