Verses 5-11 are most likely referring back to what Paul mentioned in 1 Corinthians 5. It's awesome to hear that story had a good outcome. It's also amazing to know that someone the church had to stand up to and call out his sin was eventually led back to repentance. It reminds me to never go soft on sin when I see it in another believer. That's our job to do for one another.
