Monday Morning Thoughts

Looks like this has turned into Monday "afternoon" thoughts. Where has the day gone?

• Friday night was a new unforgettable CCC moment for me. I had the privilege of sitting down and interviewing the 8 remaining members of the original church core group. These are the families that dreamed and prayed and sacrificed so that all the rest of us could be here. If hearing their stories (which you will in an upcoming video) doesn't make you pumped for Chapter 2...check your pulse!!
• So, does setting your clock back automatically insure that people show up to church? We had another record breaking attendance yesterday.
• I think it is so cool that all this week families in our church will sit down together, pray and seek God's will on what they should do to reach the 60,000 unchurched people around us. Trust me, it's a powerful experience that will change your family no matter how much God leads you to give.
• Don't forget about the "Chapter 2 Talkback." Read my post here. I really do want to hear your stories of faith and giving and the 60,000 and all that good stuff.
  
• We finished the last of the Chapter 2 meetings on Sunday. It's not often that we get to sit face to face with you guys and discuss what God's doing at CCC and answering questions. I had a great time doing it!

• If you missed that Colts/Patriots game yesterday, you missed what talented, well-coached football teams look like. Just awesome!
• 2 hour Prison Break tonight!!!!! Sweet.
